Cancellation & Refund Policy — Kal Mass Media LLP
Given our focus on digital products and services, the following terms apply.
1. Digital Products (ebooks, software, AI tools, plugins)
Once downloaded/activated, purchases are non-refundable. Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, failed delivery, or material non-conformity that our support cannot resolve within 7 business days.
2. Services (advertising, web development, content writing)
Advance payments become non-refundable after project commencement. Pre-commencement cancellations may be partially refunded less administrative costs. Delivered work is non-refundable.
3. Custom Work
Custom development, ad campaigns, and bespoke content are non-refundable due to dedicated resources.
4. Process
To request a refund, email [kal_email] with order ID, reason, and evidence (if any). Decisions are at our discretion under this policy.
