1. Digital Delivery
Products are delivered via download links, email, or your account dashboard after payment. Delivery is typically instant; in rare cases up to 24 hours.
2. Services Delivery
Advertising campaigns, website projects, and content deliveries follow the agreed timeline in writing.
3. Exchange
Digital purchases are not exchangeable. Corrections/revisions to services are handled per the project agreement.
