FitLine Basics: Dissolve half sachet of powder (6g, equivalent to two teaspoons) in 90 ml of still water. Drink immediately after preparing. RECOMMENDED USAGE LEVEL: Half sachet (6 g) to be consumed once a day by adults. FitLine Activize Oxyplus: Dissolve 1.0 g powder in 40 mL of water and consume. RECOMMENDED USAGE LEVEL: Take 1.0 g powder once a day. The product is intended for adults. FitLine Restorate: Add 125 ml of water to half sachet of powder (3.35g, equivalent to 1 teaspoon) stirring constantly until completely dissolved. Always drink in sips immediately after preparing, ideally in the evening. RECOMMENDED USAGE: Half sachet to be consumed by adults once a day.
