Welcome to Kal Mass Media LLP (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our platform (digital products, advertising, website development, content writing, social media-style community, and AI tools), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
We provide: (a) digital products (ebooks, software, AI tools, WordPress plugins); (b) professional services (advertising, website development, content writing); and (c) a community platform where users register, post text/images/videos, add friends, chat, and use AI tools for business.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be 18+ (or 13+ with parental consent). You are responsible for your login credentials and account activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for violations or suspected abuse.
3. Licensing & Use
Digital products are licensed, not sold, under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Services and deliverables (websites, ad creatives, written content) are for the client’s use and may not be resold without written consent. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or misuse our products or services.
4. User-Generated Content & Community Rules
You are solely responsible for content you post or transmit (including text, images, videos, links, and chats). Do not post anything that is illegal, harmful, obscene, defamatory, infringing, hateful, harassing, violent, or misleading. Do not upload malware, pirated content, or private/confidential data without authorization. Misuse of AI tools for spam, scams, deepfakes, or unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.
Legal Compliance (India): You must comply with Indian law, including the Information Technology Act 2000, IT Rules, IPC, copyright and trademark law, and any other applicable regulations. Illegal activity may result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.
5. Content Monitoring & Takedown
We do not pre-approve or endorse user content and are not responsible for it. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove content or disable accounts that violate these Terms or the law.
6. Payments, Revisions & Support
Payment is due before delivery, unless agreed otherwise. Services include limited revisions as per project scope; extra work may be billed separately. Some digital products include updates/support for a specified period on the product page.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kal Mass Media LLP and its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our site, products, services, or user-generated content.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the platform. Our trademarks, logos, and software remain our property.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms or the law, or for risks to other users or the platform. Illegal activities may trigger legal action.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patiala, India.
